The Fine Print (Membership Terms)
Cancellation & Transfer Policies
We want your membership to be seamless, but here is what happens if you need to pause or cancel:
Notice Period
A 30-day written notice is required to cancel your membership.
Using Leftover Funds
Upon cancellation, any remaining Beauty Bank funds must be used within 1 Year. Services rendered during this 1 Year will be billed at standard retail pricing.
Non-Refundable
Banked funds are non-refundable and non-transferable to other clients.
Annual Vouchers
Any unused annual reward vouchers or anniversary perks are forfeited immediately upon membership cancellation. Filler vouchers expire 12 months from the issue date and cannot be combined with other service discounts.
